Articol unic. <\/span><\/span>– Legea <\/span><\/span>nr. 61\/1991<\/span><\/span> pentru sanc\u0163ionarea faptelor de \u00eenc\u0103lcare a unor norme de convie\u0163uire social\u0103, a ordinii \u015fi lini\u015ftii publice, republicat\u0103 \u00een Monitorul Oficial al Rom\u00e2niei, Partea I, nr. 387 din 18 august 2000, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare, se modific\u0103 \u015fi se completeaz\u0103 dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/span><\/span> La articolul 2, dup\u0103 punctul 29) se introduce un nou punct, punctul 29<\/span><\/span>1<\/span><\/sup><\/span><\/span>)<\/span><\/span><\/span>, cu urm\u0103torul cuprins: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span> „291<\/sup>). organizarea de petreceri cu caracter privat \u015fi utilizarea de aparatur\u0103 muzical\u0103 la intensitate de natur\u0103 a tulbura lini\u015ftea locuitorilor, \u00een corturi, alte amenaj\u0103ri sau \u00een spa\u0163iu neacoperit, situate \u00een perimetrul apropiat imobilelor cu destina\u0163ia de locuin\u0163e sau cu caracter social, \u00een mediul urban;”. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span><\/span> La articolul 3 alineatul 1, litera c) va avea urm\u0103torul cuprins: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
